Marissa Seaton,
Owner + Creator.
My name is Marissa Seaton, and I am the owner + creator behind Higher Your Fire Candle Co. My small business opened April 1st, 2021, in the heart of Syracuse, NY. Candle making has saved my life. From starting out as a hobby rolling out intention beeswax candles in Metaphysical shops since I was 12 years old. Little did I know today, I would pick up a hobby so fast while growing up in my 20’s, I have turned my passion into a long-term learning vision journey that has prospered into my full-time income for my family. Candles have always been special to me, and it is truly motivating to create something from scratch and design my own art. Candle making has now taken over my life solidly and I have impacted so many sparks in people that speak of how amazing our self-care product candles are. My intentions are to inspire others and promote positivity in this world we live in. I am currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University College working towards my Business Social Media Marketing Degree and plan to graduate in May 2026.
